(First Course) Crispy baby red onion blossoms served with Michigan cranberry orange relish, roasted Coriander Farm garlic, Jake's Country Meats soppressata, Idyll Farms bloomed goat brie & baguette.
(Second Course) Coriander Farm radicchio salad with watermelon radishes & lemon-anchovy vinaigrette. (Vegetarian option available)
(Third Course) Autumnal stuffed pumpkin! This savory dish is one of our favorites. We stuff whole pumpkins with house-made pork sausage, leeks, rustic sourdough, gruyere, sage, thyme & cream. (Vegetarian option available)
Served with Brinery sauerkraut stewed with Michigan apples & fermented green tomatoes, along with stone-ground mustard.
(Dessert) Fresh fried apple cider donuts with cinnamon sugar and chai-maple drizzle.
(Beverage) We'll welcome you with a glass of our Patio red, white or rose wine -- or a draft beer of your choosing. Then we'll have cocktails and additional beverages available for purchase.
Doors open at 6:30PM. Dinner served by 7PM.

Instead, start the holiday season with Coriander's Friendsgiving Dinner. You get to hang out while Chef Ali handles the cooking – including her not-to-be-missed stuffed pumpkins -- and our team takes care of the cleaning. All you have to do is enjoy.
Expect a laid-back, cozy affair on our heated, enclosed Greenhouse Patio. (It's 75 degrees in there!) Plus, we'll light our fire pits so you can linger and enjoy a quiet moment along the canal with those you love.
