Yoga for everybody!
Elizabeth is a certified yoga therapist, an advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga, adaptive yoga, and trauma-informed yoga. Elizabeth is the Yoga and Mindfulness Program Director at Sheriff PAL —a nonprofit organization building healthy relationships between community, youth, and law enforcement, a personal health and wellness coach, and a lululemon ambassador. In recent years, she has founded Yaktown Yoga —an inclusive and mobile yoga and holistic wellness studio committed to bringing yoga to all throughout Michigan.
She has been sharing yoga therapy, meditation, and mindfulness practices with children, teens, adults, and seniors of various races, abilities, and gender identities for over a decade and has helped people tune into their inner voice, cultivate self-love, and engage self-care practices.
As a certified Y12SR Facilitator, she has combined yoga with 12-step recovery to provide safe spaces for those impacted by addiction, and she also works to improve the quality of life for people affected by traumatic brain injury and sickle cell anemia.
Elizabeth Is deeply committed to serving the community and holding spaces for all to breathe, heal, and harness the power of the true self through mindfulness, meditation, and bodily movement.
