We’re all about bringing you farm-fresh food that nourishes both your body and soul. That got us thinking: why stop at just providing delicious meals? We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Wellness at Coriander Kitchen and Farm, where we’ll be offering a range of enriching classes to nurture all aspects of your being.
Gentle Soul Flow is an all levels Vinyasa flow, postures are held for a few breaths to allow yourself to come to alignment. Use of props is guided and encouraged, and we will work with balancing breath with movement. This class is designed to balance and energize to give you a great, positive start to your day.
Allison is a 500hr and E-200hr Yoga Alliance registered teacher she’s been teaching for 3.5 years and specializes in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She is also a Certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Wellness professional. As a yoga instructor her main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether students want to move their bodies, be more mindful or work on healing and coping with trauma. She knows students will benefit from her offerings. She is the Founder of Nataraja Detroit | Yoga & Ayurveda offering Private Yoga sessions, ayurvedic nutrition consultations, stress relief body work services with reiki and weekly classes at GVST Wellness in St. Clair Shores. She also teaches closer to home at Bodhi Yoga in Farmington and at the Kennedy Memorial Center in Lincoln Park. She’s so excited to bring her teachings to Coriander Kitchen and Farm this summer.
