Mindful Movement Practice with Dabria – Every Wednesday

We’re all about bringing you farm-fresh food that nourishes both your body and soul. That got us thinking: why stop at just providing delicious meals? We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Wellness at Coriander Kitchen and Farm, where we’ll be offering a range of enriching classes to nurture all aspects of your being.


This all levels practice is a space to learn and explore how to better organize your bones and mind.

Instructor Bio

Kristina Pruccoli, yoga bio E-RYT 500
Kristina combines all her knowledge of yoga, fitness, bio-mechanics, meditation and nutrition into a mosaic of learning, often layered with humorous analogies. She is passionate and committed to helping people evolve. With over 15 years of study in the many methods of yoga- Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara, Iyengar, along with a comprehensive term at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. Her purpose is to provide a safe, practical and effective environment for learning and expression.
